The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I was just wondering if there is a way to turn off this police radio scanner chatter? It's pretty annoying after awhile.

You can try deleting the sound files of LSPDFR, but keep them because i dont know if LSPDFR needs them.
