How to install police car mods???

Featured Replies

Hi there, I recently purchased GTA V and installed LSPDFR and many other mods and am enjoying playing them endlessly, however I want to start trying new car models for example the new 2015 dodge charger. But I am having troubles because when i download it and put it into its desired place using open iv, once i start the game it does an update and deletes the modded car from my files. I tried making a folder in my mods folder, but it still updated my game prior to installing the car model. If someone could give me step by step instruction or tell me what i did wrong, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Did you install it right? Rockstar have put files in different places so make sure you read the read me that comes with the model to know exactly where to install it. Just make sure you're editing that file in your mods folder and not the vanilla game file (it'll update/rewrite your file otherwise)
