adding police4 liveries

I can add multiple liveries for the police and sheriff stanier slots using this model(http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8341-dev-templated-stanier/). It wont spawn more then 1 livery when used in the police4 slot. Editing the vehicle.meta (replacing police4 details with police details) didn't work, nor could i find the police4 details in one of the 20 carvariations files.

How do i add multiple liveries to police4?
