Here are the fact's.
ELS V is being made by Lt.Caine with help, support & testing from Me(Bxbugs123 & PoliceWag) no one else is testing it at this time.
The CVPI is this video is by Me(Bxbugs123)
DoctorGTA doesn't have ELS he will never be a tester of Lt.Caine's ELS, anyway he's banned from lcpdfr. He is just using the defaults with coronas removed to simulate that he has ELS to fool people.
EDIT: (6/21/2016) Prophet & GravelRoadCop are now apart of the testing team.

Might be able to catch up to jesters for once without ending up in Paleto bay

yeah on this particular car it would look bad , I'm just saying in general, because the Jackal and Buffalo S should have pushbars, but they don't. I just was wondering of modders couldn't add a pushbar yet.

Looking good, cant wait for the release. Do you know if it will be standalone or will it be replacing a car? If it replaces a car could it be one of the North Yankton police cars?

can modders not yet add pushbars? I love these cars but the front end is going to get destroyed trying to pit someone

Yeah, expectantly if you have deformation mods like I do. I never thought of a push bar, great idea.

Looks pretty sweet, I'd love to patrol in this. Great for those street race calls that I always get.
