The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hello everyone there is something in the game that I do not like is that being on patrol at 20 or 30 minutes appear 3 or 4 Tourism 2 women armed with Uzis and kill me not if it is a mod or it is but I do not like if someone can help me,  Greetings
