I apologize if this is in the wrong area. Is it possible to request if someone can create a prisoner transport or paddy wagon (court wagon). I would attempt to try this on my own, but do not have much capability on the system I have. I can texture though. 

I wanted something more along the lines of the attached picture. Something I would see transport inmates to court.

I can try to provide as much help as possible, photos, textures, suggestions, my only limitation would be modelling the vehicle with my system setup (mac)
