Okay, im pretty sure i posted this in the wrong forum, but i couldnt find a forum that fit this topic.

My question is, is there any possibility to increase the amount of crimes? If you do not have an area unlocked in the original campaign, will crimes still happen or must you go unlock them first.

Any response pertaining to the question will be much appreciated. Moderators, if i posted this in the wrong area, please move it.
