O meu tava com o mesmo Problema eu peguei o arquivo que fica dentro da pasta script   "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" e joguei ele sem pasta direto no diretório 

ou seja: pegue o arquivo "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" da pasta script e jogue na pasta Grand Theft Auto IV     

e apague a pasta script  para não ter conflito ... espero ter ajudado no meu funcionamento normal ...

don't remove the original xlive.dll

Install LCPDFR with dsound.dll checked,

check ur installation, it's okay with double asi loader (Original Xlive.dll from game installation & Dsound.dll from LCPDFR)
and then. set the LCPDFR configuration, as you like..

then start the game

i tried this , and it worked for me..
