Can any body make this kind of truck.

there is one, its an older model. (no i dont have the link)

but i think its on gta 4 mods

and one more thing, it doesnt have the cannon on top, but everything else is pretty spot on

I believe these are the only two engines like that. Those pictures are the newer FDNY engines by Seagrave.

not really possible due to the fact there are 9 rotators whilst gta 4 only supports 8 rotators
