Hi guys, my name is Ethan. I'm tired of just taking from this community so I feel like its time to give back to it, in more ways than one. Today I started out with getting accustomed to making small texture changes (changing the LED colors on the Lightbars) but I want to go bigger than that, I want to make an entire pack. I'm going to need quite a few people to help me and to be patient with me as I am new to the creating mods thing. I want to make an Indiana State Police pack, complete with 4 custom modeled vehicles, all with accurate textures. I would then like to go on to make more lore friendly models and such, anyone who voluteers to help me will be given due credit when we finish the pack, but must also agree to the terms of not being greedy/hungry for credit. I'm sure people will help you but you're going to have to learn yourself. There are tutorials on every corner of the net to learn what you want to do. It is just a matter of watching the proper video and applying the knowledge that you gain to what you're working on. At age 17 I found an online college that offered all HTML coding guidelines and how to code for free. I learned how to hand code HTML into beautiful professional websites. Started my own business and made some cash for a while. You can learn anything on the net these days. Best of luck.
