hi sorry if this is in wrong place but I figured here because it's a broad subject and for discussion, I'm trying to load herocop ( has happened with other plugins with me before) but when I follow install instructions I've done everything right but the script does not load automatically via rage (I've also tried loading manually on rph) but can't seem to get it to work even put it in startup.rphs and still no avail, is there anyone who can tell me what I do wrong I'm not a fool but when I follow install instructions they just don't seem to work for me 

put the herocop.dll and herocopsettings.ini in /plugins/LSPDFR

copy entire HEROCOP_CUSTOM_SOUNDS to /LSPDFR/Police Scanner

If that doesn't work, update RageHook to 24.

You are not supposed to load it manually. When you've installed it correctly (explained above by Kilyin), LSPDFR will load these plugins automatically.

I know but that's why I put it in brackets just to say I've tried it but I have installed everything correctly the way the file told me to, I just don't understand it, I'm using rph 22 if that makes any difference although it shouldn't, should it??
