Hi,

I have found a bug with LSPDFR where if you are in a foot pursuit of a suspect and then press E to activate the flashlight on your weapon, LSPDFR (not Ragehook) crashes every time. Log is below:

If your going to do a bug report, remove all third party mods, because Traffic Policer seems to be causing the issue here.
