The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

LSPDFR Crashing While The Game Loads

 I am not sure what exactly is causing my version of LSPDFR to crash. I download the .rar of LSPDFR 0.2b and downgraded the ragehook to 0.22, the game worked just fine and load everything just fine. For some reason LSPDFR will crash while the game is loading (showing the pictures and loading the game save) I have attached the ragehook log below.

Do you have Callouts V open somewhere else? 

Nope, the only place I have Callouts V is in my LSPDFR directory.

I had this problem but I withered it down to the Code 3 Callouts plugin being outdated. I'm not sure if it would be the same for you though since it may be another mod. I suggest taking all of the callout modifications out of the "LSPDFR" folder in Plugins and launching the game. Then just add a callout plugin in one by one and see which one crahes LSPDFR. 

That's what my issue was but again, it may not be the same for you.
