Do we need to avoid this update? I presume it will mess up rage and some plugins? Maybe even LSPDFR. Has anyone updated?

I have not touched V for awhile but if it works last update, it'll work now.

lspdfr might but I'm talking about e.g police radio which after the last update it didn't work

Yes, any plugin at all, that worked with the last update should work with this update.

I have all plugins available for lspdfr and it all works with new patch

Last night I kept getting a message from Steam asking if I wanted to update GTA5 (I guess because Steam was already running when they released the patch). Today I had no choice, Steam updated the game without my consent and I personally see various glitches that I wasn't seeing last night and I haven't installed anything new, I haven't updated anything else. For instance many peds glitched on me when I was trying to arrest them or holding E to get the interaction menu with peds was really an annoyance today, most of times I couldn't get it to work. Either I had a glitchy boot up of Rage / LSPDFR or they messed with something.

So as always, if you can avoid their stupid updates, do so.
