I was actually going to ask someone to make a CVPI similar to my home town's. I just really like the light setup on it. The pictures will show it.

The box on the second picture shows the slim lightbar. It's not easily seen, but it's an all amber slim traffic advisor. This is just my suggestion, I already have the skin made too so if you decide to go with this idea let me know and I'll send you the skin.

@ aznairsoft what happen's if i import everything else first? could that be why i have no colouring on my crown? or does it just make it more complicated?

you need to import textures first or when you go to export you'll get a bunch of errors (related to textures) and you'll have a plain model. Those textures are mapped to those parts and by not importing them before anything you'll have a model that'll look like clay or play-doh.

you simply load/import textures into the texture browser and import the wft after and you're all set....textures are already mapped, you don't need to do anything else.....i don't understand why you think you have the rename/remap things. you're making this much more difficult than it actually is.

what i mean is for every section (like where i put thing's for the textures in the files) there was a specific name place to load each texture for example "lights_emissive" i would import the textures that came with the files into that, but i'll try what you said :)

you add textures in the TEXTURE BROWSER (the button that has the cactus and sun and scenery) not the materials editor. Once you import the textures into the texture browser and load up the wft, the materials editor will fill up with the proper assigned materials/textures for that model.

ohhhh i think i get what you mean, but just to be sure this is what i'm talking about:

+1 aznairsoft! it worked!

1 problem though, i got a bunch of 406 error's on all the textures, but they still show up on the model

i got the car to work in-game, but for some reason none of the police equipment is on or in the car in game
