Hi.everytime i enter los santos everytime arrive gangsters and following me and want to kill me and they are still spawning.Im using some callouts-
CalloutsV,,Bankcallouts,code 3 callouts,simple callouts plugin,strays callouts,wilderness callouts.Can someone help me? i can only ride in desert area.

That sounds like part of the storyline, what GTA V missions are you on? Because once you're so far into the storyline, you're not allowed back into the city because Mr. Mendrazo (i believe that's him) has ordered a hit on you for kidnapping his wife. 

So until you complete the required missions, in the storyline (this lasts for a few missions) you'll be hunted down. do the missions and then you'll be allowed back into the city.
