Which to install first?

Ok this may sound like a stupid question here but which one shall I install first? 

LSPDFR 0.2b?  Or Ragehook 0.22 ?

If I install Ragehook 0.22, then come back and install LSPDFR 0.2b  the  0.2b wants to overwrite the RPH to 0.20    If I do it the other way around and Start from RPH like you should, It doesn't load LSPDFR.  Quandry, maybe I just need to reinstall GTA V and start all over. I just can't seem to get the RPH 0.22 to load up LSPDFR at all.

So .. I have an advice You can use your Previous version Of RPH Just when we know when LSPDFR will Be Supported BY RPH

Or get A new Update....Of LSPDFR

But I think So that the two things are the same 

So if RPH 0.22 Is working perfectly With LSPDFR So u can Install LSPDFR first Or Second Thing...........!

All you need to do is simply install .22 then go to lspdfr .2b and ONLY grab LSPDFR.dll and LMS.Common.dll From the Plugins folder. You are overwriting it because you are copying the whole archive, not necessary.

You misunderstood me, I am not saying to do so first because you have to but because he said when he installed .22 and then went to install .2b "it wants to overwrite it back to .20" I am telling him to do it this way so that he does NOT overwrite it back to .20. In this case it is easier to install .22 first because then all of RPH's files are in and all he has to do is copy over the LSPDFR.dll and LMS.Common.dll into the plugins folder.

He simply was making the mistake of copying every file over from the lspdfr archive which contains RPH .20. 

 

Also OP do not forget the LSPDFR folder with the police scanner audio files.

I will Reinstall GTA V (actually been reinstalling for about 30 min now)

I will install RPH 0.22 then LSPDFR 0.2b and not copy over RPH files so it doesn't overwrite.  I might have to keep an eye on my Plugins as I do get a little crazy with those.  Love installing all the cool scripts, but the scripts are having a hard time keeping up with the RPH updates.

I will reply when it finishes installing and see how it goes.

I am replying to my own topic and maybe it might help others.  Ok I did a complete Reinstall of GTA V.  I installed LSPDFR 0.2b  of course it will install RPH 0.20  not sure why they have not updated yet but I digress.  Then I went off this site and downloaded RPH 0.22 and installed overwrote the old one that came from this site.   

I played a bit without ANY plugins.  You have to make sure everything is stable first.  So I played about 30 min.  The LSPDFR only has 3 call outs and lord forbid its a GTA because you can barely catch up to them, but I started to install the UPDATED plugins one at a time.  I also played after each plugin for about 10 min.  I got to 4 plugins before I started getting the crashes.  It was Crazy callouts.  So I have now uninstalled it and it works fine. Waiting for an update to something more stable for call outs.  But all I know is after installing that one, I get crashes.

My RPH Log is completely empty. so what i did was, copied all files and folder i got from LSPDFR 0.2b download (including the RPH 0.20), and then i downloaded RPH 0.22 from ragehook website, and extract all the files directly to my GTA V directory which should overwrite all the RPH 0.20 and change it to RPH 0.22 as what Officerphillips69 does. 

However after i does so, i launch game through Rage Hook exe (administrator mode), and RPH program promp the GTA V launcher to start as per normal, and the game start. 

RPH splash screen come out with the welcome and enjoy words. however after the initial screen, on the notice screen in the game, the build should be written "BUILD 393.4 WITH RAGEHOOK ONLINE 1.28" should appear as with ragehook 0.20, but it did not come out and only "BUILD 393.4 ONLINE 1.28"

After which i continue and start my story mode, the ragehook should start with lspdfr radio voice over, however it does not appear.

When i'm done from the loading screen and in the game, the welcoming sign on the right side from Ragehook should appear, however it does not. All this sign shows that ragehook does not work.

I'm confused why ragehook 0.20(default come with LSPDFR 0.2b) work on my pc but not ragehook 0.22

I literally was just about to type this.  Update your Visual C++ to the newer one 2015 that came out a few weeks ago.  This I think may have helped me as well.  Glad to hear its working for you.
