GTA V DRM

Featured Replies

Since GTA V automatically updates when patches come out and overwrites mods through the cloud, etc. I blocked it with my antivirus so I can play my mods even when new patches come out in offline mode. However, I notice that after a few days, no matter what method I use to block the game, it says I have to go online to activate even though it is activated. As soon as I do that, it will update and overwrite my mods. If I don't, I can't play.

What do I do?

Thanks.

I did that and the game did its update thing and now I get the infamous "GTA V has stopped working" crash. I get it right before the game window with the intro logos should pop up.
