The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

j'ai installé RageHookPlugin en suivant le tuto de BUG-MAN-FR sur youtube, mais celui-ci crash,

    First, download the latest version of Ragehook here and drop all of those files in your folder: http://ragepluginhook.net/GetDownload.aspx?id=82
    Also, be careful as the guy you mentioned tells you to install Scripthook which MAY OR MAY NOT cause some crashes due to a conflict
    between Ragehook and Scripthook.

    Always be careful with YouTube tutorials, they tend to be outdated.
