That is my log. My issue is being when I attempt to load in I hit Story mode, once I do I load in and it tells me LSPDFR has crashed, like 20 seconds after hitting story mode, while still in the pictures. Once I get in I attempt to re-load the plugin. Nothing, usually I cant even open the Ragehook command thing by pressing F4.

Yes I did also re-install my game that day. I copy and pasted my files that were already modified (New downloaded copy of LSPDFR + Plugins that I copied and backup before the re-installment.)

Looks like you need to download and install the latest LSPDFR 02.B correctly following the read me very carefully.

Also looks like you should re-install Stealths Callouts.

Do you tried install the latest RagePluginHook?

You Must Use the latest version of RPH Has been released so try it 

if this issue wasn't fixed you can try to Remove any mods with LSPDFR
