The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So, i disabled the RSC (commandline) and went offline before i start Ragehook. But the game wants to update. My question is: Why the game knows i want to play the game, when i'm offline?

First, this isn't in the proper forums section. This topic isn't asking for support relating to LSPDFR.

Why are you worried about the game updating? The latest version of the game is supported by the RAGE Plugin Hook already, as well as most mods, including LSPDFR. It'd be easier to just use the latest version.

I'm in the Support&Information section for LSPDFR. I think it's exactly the right forum. And to answer your question. Because every time R* updates, mods like ped Textures or Vehicle Textures are gone and i've to install it again.
