The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I notcied that when typing in a suspects name into a computer that the GTA 5 keys are still enabled meaning that I will get out of my car and such if I for example hit the f key if I needed to type the name 'Frank'. Any idea on how to avoid this? Is this just an issue with LSPDFR?

It's not an issue with LSPDFR. It's an issue with you using third-party mods, please remove your third-party mods and try again.

Install your mods one by one, testing the game each time you add a new mod to find ou which mod is breaking the game.
