That is missing quite a bit of things.. i know you've said you've already done it. but remove everything related to RPH in your GTA V directory, re-download RagePluginHook and install it.

If that doesn't work then open up your RagePluginHook.ini file and if it's still got what you've just written. highlight everything in the .ini file, delete it and add this:

[Miscellaneous]
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=True
PluginTimeoutThreshold=10000
ConsoleKey=F4
AlwaysShowConsoleOutput=False
IsDeveloperModeEnabled=False
WarnOnPluginLoad=false
ShowOnScreenWarnings=True

If none of that works.. then i have no idea what is wrong with your game =/

Still same. :( Dont working. Game is in fullscreen DirectX11 mode. Still same problem, cant load LSPD First Response.dll

ave you tried manually loading LSPDFR? by pressing F4 - typing in "LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll" (without the quotation marks)

I always do it manually, like that: LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll".
And same, nothing changed. 

Then you've probably haven't installed LSPDFR correctly. create a folder on your desktop, download LSPDFR 0.2b, save it to that folder, extract it.. then go through every file of LSPDFR and unblock them.

Open up your GTA V directory, delete everything relating to LSPDFR (you can use the files in the new folder as a guide). after everything LSPDFR related is deleted, transfer the files from the new download of LSPDFR into your GTA V directory.

Ofc i do. But i have retail version no steam.

Where is that folder at I don't see that one in my directory.

I finally solved my problem. Dozens of hours and i found a problem accidentally. My user name had a hashtag in so that was a problem. I changed it and now it works!

a hashtag was the problem? Weird, i've never encountered that issue before. Glad you got it working though! Hope you enjoy patrolling the streets and back alleys of Los Santos in LSPDFR =)
