Is it possible to make the Tow Truck spawn ONLY in black? I haven't found a way to do it and was wondering if it is possible. If not only the tow truck but any vehicle spawn only in black?

    If you're talking about the Vapid tow truck that you can call with Police Radio, that only spawns naturally in a rusty brown color. I'm not familiar with all the GTA V files yet and don't know if there's anything like the carcols.dat from GTA IV which allowed you to specify what colors a car could spawn with, but if there is, that would likely be how.

    And to remove the rust from the truck, you would have to edit the skin. It's been done for other rusty cars.
