LCPDFR_Loader.Loader error

Hello so it seems everytime i start up gta I get the LCPDFR_Loader.Loader error. I had the same error before and after I installed some mods. I am getting quite desperate at this point. ._.

 

LCPDFR 1.1

GTA 4 1.0.7.0

I have all the c++ stuff

tried both manual and automatic installs

tried running as a admin

Tried running in windows 7 combality mode (i have windows 10)

tried reloading scripts

reinstalled both lcpdfr and gta 4 multiple times

Bought the game on steam

When i try to disable read only for lauch gta4 exe it comes back so i just run as admin every time I launch the game

Windows has a habit of blocking files.. right click on all the LCPDFR related files and make sure they're unblocked. also make sure you have these installed:

Also, remove xlive_d.dll from your directory, just in case.

Still no luck. I already had does links installed and removing xlive_d.dll from my directory did not make a difference. :(

Should I also note that LCPDFR tells me i have encountered a "Critical error" in game and i didnt do any of the gta story,I am still getting the same logs :/

When you say you didn't do any of the story.. you did do the prologue right? (Where Niko is fresh off the boat) if not, then you need to do that first THEN install LCPDFR. otherwise it'll just crash in the cutscene

Not for me, I haven't loaded LCPDFR (through Alt P) during the mission, but I do have the retail version.

Well it seems i can not complete the prolouge without it saving because it wants me to sign in on "games for windows live" and when i do it asks for a product key and i put in the product key steam gives me and it just gives me a error screen. I am pretty sure they discountinued games for windows live and there is no way i can save. So i tried downloading 100% gamesaves and they seem to only work the 1st time you boot up gta 4 and it still gives me the error LCPDFR loader loader. :/

Then you'll need to find a solution to that problem first, the prologue needs to be done and saved before you can do anything lcpdfr related.

I also had the loader.loader error and I believe i've tried everything. I tried reinstalling gta iv and doing the manual and automatic installer for the LCPDFR and i still get the loader.loader error. I have windows 8 so when i went to download .Net Framework 4.5, it told me that Framework was already a part of my system. I put the log for reference and hopefully i can get this resolved.
