The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am having the same problem.... I have two directories, one for online and the other for lcpdfr. I have done everything people have said Above and other places... but still nothing. I really loved lspdfr so i really want to play this lol

If you do what I posted above, it'll work. You will have to change that registry key every time you want to play from each separate folder though.
