Hi guys , i would be greatly appreciated someone that can tell me how to Put sound in GTA 4 or EFLC .

Sorry guys /girl , i am news to gta 4 and ELFC . For Gta sa , i know there is a programme called SAAT and Audaucity . but for GTA 4 , i do not know .

I need some help in putting police siren in gta 4 or eflc
