The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Problems with using the Backup Key

I have only recently started playing with LSPDFR...... it is a great mod, but after my first run, i cannot get the call for backup button to work at all, everything else seems to work fine, just not that one key. I can blip a person, run their name and plates, even arrest and take them to jail, just am not able to call for backup, like local patrols, to help. 

 

Right now just am trying to figure out a workaround for this, because i really like this mod.

it was posted on the LSPDFR FaceBook page that an update will be released later on today (LSPDFR 1.0b) I think you should wait until it's available for download and see if it fixes your issue, if not respond back to this topic and i'll try and help you =)

i can check it again, but that is what was there after i loaded the game again, with the 2.0b piece, and loading Only LSPDFR.... i will try it again

After looking at my log the only thing that gets recorded after that is calls. so you have most likely not recieved any calls after that point. The only thing I can think of is that another script or mod is interfering with the button. 

Have you tried using a controller? See if the bind works on that? if it works with a controller then something is interfering with your keyboard binds

Removed Scripthook, everything else ( Clean install )....... and i still am unable to get the B button to work, maybe it is just my operating system ( have not tried with a controller..... because all mine are wireless, and My computer does not use Wifi )

ok, after using a borrowed controller ( corded ) it does appear to be a problem with the keyboard binds
