Hello,

for a few days I have the problem that I can't arrest people I tasered or hit with my baton. When I do that I press E right away and the officer shouts at the person. When the suspect stands up nothing happens. The person is just standing there and pressing E does nothing. Also when I use the taser/baton again. It also seems to be the case that I can't kill the suspect with the pistol. I can shoot the suspects head as often as I want, but the person won't die. Only when I use my shotgun the person dies right away. And this is the only thing I can do in such a case.

 

Also, I can't check the ID of random people on the street. The FAQ says that I need to press the context action control (is this 'E'?) and follow the on-screen-instructions. When I try to do that nothing happens. In any thread I read that this is only working with prostitutes, homless people etc., is that correct or is this just for arresting?

i have the same problem like you but me when i load plugin lspdfr in console of rage hook this work one second and after dont work ago . Problem with the rage hook I believe i have this problem since i install last version of rage plugin hook 

I've seen the taser issue in other peoples videos. I haven't had that problem as of yet. Are you running any other mods?

Checking peds : When you walk up to them. Don't mash the E key Hold it down until the prompt pops up......

I'm having the same problem. It'll happen with anything that interrupts the surrendering animation. Taser, Baton, Punching, Shooting, or the suspect getting run over. If you tase a suspect, then wait until the running animation starts again then attempt to arrest them, then it works out fine and they comply. However, if you tase them, then while they are on the ground you press "E" and you shout, the suspect will stand up and do nothing. 

Same exact issue this is starting to get really annoying, I understand this is a mod and bugs are expected but come on I want to PLAY!
