Try removing one script at a time, and see if it works. This is what I do when I get issues.

Just to help spell it out for those that aren't reading the full thread...
1. GTA just updated - This means Ragehook etc is now not working
2. Your game will crash until Ragehook is updated.
3. Get rid of Script hook stuff to play GTA only... (no thanks, i only play this game for LSPDFR)
4. Wait patiently for the awesome guys who are doing the Ragehook plugin to update.
5. Have empathy for those who are working tirelessly behind the scenes!!!!! They know there is a problem and will no doubt have a fix to it. Just have to wait...
6. Be happy that Sam and all the guys behind these mods and hooks are awesome and will figure out a way forward.! Be calm.

yes i have the same probleme with rage in lspdfr0.2a so i put the RAGEPluginHook_0_16_607_3592_ALPHA and it work

This is the error I get from the Windows system logs when I try to pullover someone :
The game still continue to run in the background but "frozen". It seems related to .NET runtine

In ragehook log I only have that :
[15/07/2015 16:21:39.808] LSPD First Response: WARNING! Plugin "LSPD First Response" was terminated because it caused the game to freeze (Freeze was caused by game fiber: <UNNAMED THREAD>). EDIT 2 : I downloaded again the latest RageHook and overwrited the files in my GTAV folder and... it works ! Maybe one DLL of your lspdfr 0.2 zip is not compatible with the latest ragehook ?

Definitely looking forward to it. I just had one of my best experiences in 0.1 yet, did a pullover near Grove Street and suddenly had 15 gang members shooting me. Had to call Noose all over the place! I must say, my vehicle didn't really like it. http://i.imgur.com/eKQGSY2.jpg
