Hi. I'm looking for pack of cars meant in title. These cars should work with ELS v8.5 and EFLC: TBoGT (1.1.2.0).
If there's already any kind of pack like this, please link. I've been looking for a while, but I'm too lazy to search and change 10 car models. :D

You can Google NYPD police car packs for GTA 4 and find them just as quickly. I found that going to google images and clicking on pictures leads me to car packs just as quickly. 

I found a pack on gta4-mods.com  called  Emergency Vehicle Pack (ELS) by Carrythxd. Look at that if youd like. 

I've seen a lot of packs. This one is good, but it's for older versions of ELS. I didn't found all models for ELS v8 or 8.5. These models are:

It doesn't matter what version of ELS it's for. I'm doing NYPD right now and I have cars from 2011 in there. One car is for ELS v5! I think you should pick nd choose your cars off of different websites only use a pack if you know you can trust it like CJ24's. Also if there's a way I can contact you I can put my vehicles.img in a Drop Box with my handling, vehicles.ide and carcols. But I don't have EFLC so you would have to export the cars and lines into a folder and put them back in latter.

It doesn't matter what version of ELS it's for.

I'm gonna be really nice to you and send you an LCPD (that looks like NYPD) pack in privat. You'll need to do some editing to make it work EFLC, (the pack works best with standard GTA IV) Otherwise the pack is a simple drag and drop.
