Really Faracus....you would have reported him to IAB? In major traffic flow areas, not going with the flow of traffic is sometimes more dangerous than speeding. I live right in between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and we have the deadliest section of I95 in the country. We have quite a few people killed here a year who are going "with the flow of traffic" and then get killed because the person in front of them moves out of the way to avoid a slow driver, the secondary driver doesnt have time to react, and boom...mayhem. I dont know what law enforcement or driving experience you have, but the cop was absolutely in the right to stop the person for going to slow if he felt like it endangered the motoring public.
