Put a main characters head on a police officers?

I'm wondering, is it possible to put for example Trevor's head and arms to replace a police officer's?

    I was able to swich to michael and then if you finished the story part of the game you get the cop outfit in his closet, so i just made him go home, change into that and went out on patrol as michael, i used the trainer that came with scripthook v

     

    here is a screenshot, its an old one, and it is one that i had a bug on and reported it in the bug section of thse forums (still have the bug with the newer versions too, but im not worryed about that right now)
