Pulling over vehicles = crash

Featured Replies

Hello, I have quite a frustrating issue at hand.
This emerged yesterday, after downloading and installing Alexander blade's scripthookV and nativetrainer. Before I did this, everything worked perfectly.. I noticed, however, after installing scripthook, that I was unable to pull over vehicles because it would result in a crash. I removed scripthookV and the issue still persisted. I thought I'd wait until 0.2a was out and maybe that would fix it, but it seems not.
Funny thing I thought I should mention, before I installed scripthookV I was unable to launch the game with ragehook. It would result in an endless loading screen, so what I used to do, was run ragehook seperately.
Now, I can run ragehook just fine as long as scripthookV is in my directory. But like I said, I can't hit shift or my game will crash insantaneously, even if I remove scripthook.

Scripthook is needed for most of the mods, and I also think you need it for LSPDFR. It can be the issue that nativetrainer is conflicting with this, try removing nativetrainer if it still doesn't work, please give me the error that you get when it crashes.

Did I help? If I did, you would help me if you would help that like button :)

I tried everything. I resolved it by complete removing the game and using my backup GTA folder before scripthook was installed - now it works perfectly, and I can FINALLY start the game through ragehook.

For anyone else, I highly recommend keeping a backup folder. Not only is it useful if the game updates - it's also good in case shit goes tits up when you try to add mods.

You should always have a backup when you start modding kids, wise lessons are being learned today :)

Just to clarify - you don't need ScriptHook V for LSPDFR.  Everything you need for LSPDFR comes in the download package.

Okay, I wasn't sure anymore, because I got it mixed up with other mods I downloaded for LSPDFR where you do need Scripthook V
