Hey there! Welcome to LCPDFR/LSPDFR

Can you tell us exactly what issue you are facing?  Were you able to download the mod?  If yes are you asking how to get it to run?  Anytime you ask for help try to be as descriptive as possible so someone can help you!

well I believe I had it download. and i can see the LCPDFR file in the right place. but how can i run it?

Try looking at the documentation file, its been awhile since I placed LCPDFR.  I believe that its like CTRL R or something like that.  I will make a post saying the https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/guide.html is not working.  In the meantime I suggest you go over the mod again and see if there is any documentation provided with it and read it if you can.  I will get back to you or someone else who currently has LCPDFR might jump in here.
