Signature Problem

   Hello fellow community members. I've had a frustrating problem which I've been dealing with since yesterday. I've been trying to upload my signature as a photo. I met the exact requirements, and tried everything I could. I used a thumbnail over 500 x 150, I used a thumbnail under 500 x 150, and I even used a thumbnail that was exactly 500 x 150. Every time, I would get the same error message.

"Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for %s, please try another image."

   If anyone could edit the thumbnail to work or help me in any other way I'd be happy. I will attach the thumbnail below. I feel kind of dumb asking this in it's own topic, but it's last resort.

Nope. Same error. "Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions for %s, please try another image."

It's an issue with IPS, our forum software.  Not sure when it can be fixed, but we do know about it.
