Hello, i recently downloaded a NYPD CVPI and Impala from Sgt. Kanyo(I think), but the handling and turning on it is awful. Every turn results in a flip over, its so annoying.

I understand i need to change  the handling file which was provided in the "Read Me" document of the file, but how?
 

Your thread has been moved to the GTA IV Support Requests forum, as it is not an LCPDFR support request.

- Go to the GTA IV directory and navigate to the Common > Data folder.

- Search for handling.dat and open it up with a program such as Notepad. 

- Find the name of the vehicle that needs the handling edited. For example, 'police'.

- Highlight the numbers next to the vehicle name and delete them.

- Copy the new handling line from the ReadMe and paste it in to where you deleted the previous numbers. 

- Save the document and your vehicle should no longer flip over.
