My gta 4 keeps crashing but I don't know why... I removed all my scripts except LCPDFR. It tells me to check logs but I can't find the problem please help

What would it be called to post it correctly?

Please do the following: 

• Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks or people using pirated software
• Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - These patches are needed.  
• Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
• Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
• Ensure that AdvancedHook.dll, ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
• Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
• Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
• Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.

Well my description is my game is randomly crashing.

I cleared all my scripts

I am just randomly driving/patrolling and my game crashes

This is a simple answer. Move on to GTA V, and LSPDFR. GTA IV is unstable and crashes randomly when modified. It is not LCPDFR, it's GTA IV. GTA V is much more stable and never crashes for me

That's not really helpful though, is it? 

OP: Please remove all your mods and see if the mod works after that. LCPDFR is not guaranteed to work with third-party modifications. One of them could be the culprit. Only install mods one by one to see when the crashes starts happening.

I actually removed everything and it still crashed when I did the tools it told me to check logs
