I believe that's where your save game(s) are located. If it's like the save game system from the 3D era then just copy it to a USB or HDD (or somewhere else into your computer) and add it back in when you reinstall, then your save game should still be there. However a reinstall shouldn't remove your save games. it hasn't done it for any previous GTA game so i don't see why it shouldn't (i haven't tried it myself since i haven't needed to reinstall it)

    D12D772C this might be different folder name, but just copy all that folder and save it to somewhere.
