The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I wan't to check out the API, yet I don't know where to find it/how to use it. I'm not saying I'm going to make anything useful out of it, but I am interested to see how simple it might be and maybe if I try hard enough make something out of it.

Is there a coding program I need like C# or something, if so can you link me the exact program?

Can you use API to edit text? I mean i want to change language

You can import the "LSPD First Response.dll" file into Visual Studio (or whatever) as a reference and work off of it from there. the API is currently in the early stages.
