when i load into gta 5 i still can go into the stations and go on duty buy i have none of the new features that are included in 0.2 but all from 0.1

I have this same issue. When ragehook loads the plugin, it also says "0.1e" and not 0.2. I tried removing all of the files from the mod and reinstalling - didn't help.

Same here.  Thought I was the only one.  Tazer still kills etc.  HOWEVER, I am getting better audio files from callouts.  So something is working right.  Can someone help us out?   For example the download link to this file.  The instruction page PDF, is 0.1e  it doesn't go into detail with which buttons to question perps on foot

That button is E, apparently you're supposed to hold it infront of a ped and it should popup. It should also be in your interaction menu (N)
But yeah, I have none of those options. I doubt reinstalling gta 5 alltogether will help, so I won't do that just yet.

I thought i unblocked my files but i didn't

-When you download zip got to downloads and find the file should be titled "lspdfr2" or something like that.

-Once found your file you must right click it don't open it yet, click properties then click unblock it should then unblock all files in the .zip or .rar file, drag and drop all into your GTA 5 directory were GTA 5.exe is located.

-But when i try to pull someone over it says RageHook has stopped working, fml.

Make sure you have all your exe's running as administrator, this includes the Social Club exe. Also make sure all of the .dll are unblocked from Rage hook, and of course, make sure you have the absolute most updated version of Rage Hook plugin too. (You'll know you have the correct version when you have a Rage Hook .ini file), the newest version of Rage Hook allows you to customize the console key and the exceptions of the console itself. A problem I encountered was that my 'mods' folder that ran prior to the latest title update of GTA V was causing conflicts for me too, it crashed the game and caused some unwanted side effects. You don't need this folder if you plan on running vanilla GTA V with LSPDFR, but in the event you are running it that could be the issue. 

Also, here, I'll reference my GTA V installation directory for those who wish to try and compare mine to theirs to see if there is any discrepancies that could cause issues. Ignore the "scripts" folder, there is nothing in it and won't cause any problems. I'll also upload a image of what my startup file for Rage Hook looks like. (this will vary depending on whether or not you've inserted other plugins to automatically startup with Rage Hook along with LSPDFR), I however do not have any plugins and this is the bare bones file.

I resolved the issue. I was running it from my backup folder, and the plugins were loaded from the normal GTA5 directory, so I just copy/pasted it over into my normal directory - works perfect.
