Lately i've stopped using NOOSE backup because as soon as they see the suspect(s) they fire their pistols through the windshield, usually stopping pursuits abruptly and to some extent ruining the authentic feel. In future versions it would be cool if you could stop them from firing through the windows OR having them respond like vanilla where two people hang off the side shooting

Well I'd say take swat instead ? Maybe NOOSE is too strong for your situation, sometime they're very useful

Sometimes it happens to me that I request Local SWAT because their Vehincle has more "stopping power".
But as soon the other cops are arresting the suspect, the SWAT officers get our their vehincle and shoot him down.
But lets wait on 0.2 maybe its better there
