These pictures should show what's going on. I fear something went wrong with my graphics card and I may have registry problems because i have gotten the BSOD and a system restore failed to work. This is all after updating my drivers to be able to play GTA 5

AMD 5600 series. I fixed the graphics card not being detected now i need to figure out my occasional BSOD PFN error. I'll attach my sfc.log when it's done

Wipe your PC clean (Completely, format it.) and reinstall everything and see if you have any improvements. If not, I think your card may be on its last leg.

sounds like a driver failure. Use this to remove all your graphic drivers
