The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Callouts should also include robberies and mugging of people, just like in GTA 5 storymode where these random events pop up and you have a choice. Only in this case since you are an officer of the law you must intervene with the robbery and crack down on the suspect. Another callout could be a bank heist, hijack of an armored van (the bank delievery ones). I know you are focusing on bug fixes and making the mod more stable, but just consider these for a later time.
