Vehicle 'Twitches' Violently When in Game...

Featured Replies

Hey, so I recently got back into GTA IV (how dated, eh?) and started modeling again.

I'm working on a vehicle that's using these DEV resources (so far):

- 2008 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (D:SF Model) V3.5 by Cj24

- Federal Signal StreetHawk ELS-H by Lt. Caine

- Panasonic Arbitrator Dash Camera 1.0 by johnclark1102

- SecurCOM Antenns 1.1 by PriMan

- Janyung CB Antenna by tomcat8492

When I export it and put it into the game to test it, the vehicle will be stable when it's originally first spawned. But as soon I start driving, it shakes and twitches. Even after I stop, it's still ever so slightly shaking. I have all the equipment (light bar, antennas, camera) in the "chassis" section in the ZModeler hierarchy above "chassis_L0" (see screen capture).

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong as I just made a vehicle yesterday that's working perfectly fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since your wft dummy is called "CVPI.wft" have you exported it as "CVPI.wft"? You have to export it with the same name as your wft dummy, otherwise the suspension will get messed up.

I've been exporting it as police.wft". I'll try doing that now! Thanks!
