The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When I respond to callout, specifically where there's 2 perps running, I come up to 1 perp and they are just standing there doing absolutely nothing. Can't arrest them or anything, you end up having to shoot and kill them to end the callout. 2nd perp barely runs at all and isn't really engaged in running away.

Anyone else experience this?

This has happened to me also. Restarting the game or reloading the script helps me but doesn't mean it won't happen again.
