Hello there, an issue has apparently began occurring after installing LCPDFR 1.1 . I've downloaded the atuomatic installation setup. Once the LCPDFR has successfully installed I can no longer run GTA IV, meaning I'm trying to enter the game but is not happening anything at all ... once I have uninstalled the LCPDFR client the games begin running again properly.

What might be the problem? the GTA IV version itself or I did something wrong?

Nevermind, just found out that in order to run LCPDFR you do need a legit copy of GTA IV which at the moment I do not own one, and I use a cracked version, hence the LCPDFR mod is not working.
