Until now, I used LSPDFR 0.1d, and it worked perfectly fine. Today, I started the game and accepted a callout, but LSPDFR crashed immediately. So I installed 0.1e, same problem there. I even tried a different RageHook version, but I still got the same issue. It seems like many peoples game crashes when accepting callouts. Is there an official solution for this?

My game never crashed from accepting a callout. But maybe it crashed by coincidence when accepting the first callout and after that you just messed it up further by re-downloading and reinstalling different versions of LSPDFR and Rage? Hate to be that guy, but do you have a backup of a clean GTAV folder that you can use to test LSPDFR? I know from experience that doing everything from a single GTA folder is usualy what messes up the files, even though in my mind i did everything correctly and therefore never needed a backup.

Not really you just have to wait untill the next release of the mod. You can try to diagnose the issue by going to the rage hook forums and posting your log there.
