Police Brutality (intentional?)

Featured Replies

So, I was doing a pursuit in progress callout somewhere close to the Vinewood sign and i had to call for backup several times as the chase went into LS.
At the end somewhere Downtown there were some LSPD officers and one SASD deputy involved, who did the arrest.
Anyway, once the suspect lay down on the ground and was cuffed by an officer, the deputy started hitting and kicking him until he died!
I don't know if that guy was an ambient cop who joined the chase and wasn't handled by the LSPDFR AI or if this random act of police brutality was intended by the devs.

Of course I regret I didn't make a video.

Any ideas on that matter?

No, I don't! I wasn't the one arresting him; the other officers were and the LSPD officers just stood around him while one of them put the handcuffs on.
When he was finished, this deputy came and wouldn't let the suspect stand up and instead kicked him to death.
