Me and my friend were playing LSPDFR. He was in pursuit with a vehicle with three suspects in it. Two of them died in an intensive drive-by shootout and he and the rest of the units  chased the remaining one for a long time before boxing him in. When the suspect got out and lay on the ground, Backup units just shot him dead.

 

Just thought as a bug so i reported it.

Don't think it's a bug. Has more to do with something that happened in the chase. If the driver tries to run over a cop, it is considered attempted murder and units will then open fire, even after the chase went on for 10 more minutes. Drivers who flee without attempting to kill & destroy everything in their way can usualy be arrested without gunfire by an AI officer.

You're right, He might have slammed into someone... But he was giving up and was ready to be arrested.

For me if you call for backup they arrive on a scene with a just cuffed suspect they will approach him with caution while aiming at him before realising that he is in cuffs.

Sometimes in the same situation backup will become bugged and keep aiming at a dead perp shouting and threatening him.

Yeah, that's not how LSPD rolls bro. 

It should be treated as a bug imo, happened to me that the AI cops arrest someone and then backups comes and still shoots the perp.
